Gregory Liller
Executive Chairman & COO
Mr. Liller has more than 40 years experience in exploration and mine development. Bachelor of Geology from Western State College in 1977.
He has served as an officer or director of public companies listed on TSX Venture Exchange, the TSX main board, and the American Stock Exchange including Prime Mining (TSXV), Genco Resources (TSX), Gammon Gold (TSX, AMEX), Mexgold Resources (TSXV) and, Oracle Mining (TSX).
Over the course of his career he has played a key role in the discovery and development of more than 11Moz Au and 600M oz Ag combined reserves and resources and securing over $300 million dollars in equity financings and $100 million dollars in debt financing.
Alex Langer
CEO, President & Director
Mr. Langer is a successful public markets specialist with 20 years of experience.
He started his career as an Investment Advisor with Canaccord Genuity, where he helped fund over 100 private and publicly listed companies including the IPOs for Endeavour Silver, Fortuna Silver, and Great Panther.
Most recently he was Vice President of Prime Mining and Millennial Lithium where he handled Capital Markets for both companies.
He is currently the President and a Director of LI-ft Power Ltd.
Jorge Ramiro Monroy
Lead Director
Founder and Managing Director of Emerging Markets, a mining focused investment company based in Hong Kong and which has participated in the financing of numerous TSX Junior and Mid-tier exploration and mining companies.
He is Founder and CEO of Reyna Silver Corp. (TSXV) and a former director of Prime Mining Corp. (TSXV)
Mr. Ramiro holds a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, an MBA in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Greg Smith
B.Sc., P. Geo., Director
Mr. Smith is an exploration geologist with more than 30 years of experience. He has worked as a consultant and for both junior and senior mining companies in various parts of the world including; North, Central and South America, Europe, and Africa.
He brings a broad range of experience from the evaluation of grass roots properties to supervision of advanced programs including resource and reserve estimation, oversight of geological and technical activities for active underground and open pit mining operations including grade control, QA/QC programs and NI43-101 compliance.
Mr. Smith was CEO, then VP Exploration of Calibre Mining helping guide the company through the acquisition of El Limon and La Libertad gold mines in Nicaragua.
Ken Scott
CFO
Mr. Scott retired as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver in 2018, where his engagements included mining companies with international operations, such as SSR Mining, Lundin Gold, B2Gold and Teck Resources. He has also performed multi-location audits, advised on mergers and acquisitions, and advised on public and private financings.
Mr. Scott´s regulatory experience includes a leadership role on engagements selected by either the firm´s internal audit quality review process or by the Canadian Public Accountability Board.
Mr. Scott holds a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
Alejandro Caraveo-Vallina
Director, Country Manager
Mr. Caraveo-Vallina has over 30 years experience in Mexican mining operations including Director and Country Manager of Gammon Gold (TSX, AMEX) and Managing Director of MexGold (TSXV).
Founder of Mexican Security Company with a client list including Frisco, Aurico Gold, Panamerican Silver, and Coeur Mining.
Sean McGrath
Director
Mr. McGrath is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) in Canada and a former Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) in the United States of America. He has spent more than 25 years providing financial management and consulting services to publicly traded companies, with primary emphasis in the natural resources sector. Mr. McGrath has held senior executive positions with numerous publicly traded companies throughout his career, and he is currently the CFO of Allegiant Gold Ltd and a Director of several other listed companies on the TSXV and CSE.
Kerry Spong
Controller and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Spong is an accountant with over 30 years of experience in public and private practice.
He has worked in the preparation and review of financial data including audit work for a wide range of mining and mineral exploration companies, with an emphasis on Mexican operations.
Mr. Spong currently acts as a Director and CFO of Blackheath Resources Inc., Director of Abacus Mining and Exploration Corp, CFO of Canasil Resources Inc., and CFO of Gitennes Exploration Inc.
